Welcome to ReapR. By accessing or using our platform at reapr.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We promise these terms are less scary than our mascot.
By creating an account or clicking "Access ReapR," you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and are ready to start reaping. These Terms apply to all users, including beta testers, paying subscribers, and anyone just curious enough to click the button.
ReapR is an AI-powered sales intelligence platform that maps buying committees, surfaces warm connection paths, and enriches lead data to help sales professionals and small businesses compete at an enterprise level. The platform integrates with third-party data sources including Apollo.io and Supabase. Features and availability may change as we continue to develop the platform.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at sara.kay@reapr.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ReapR is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.
You agree not to use ReapR to scrape data in violation of third-party terms of service, to harass or contact individuals without lawful basis, to violate any applicable data protection or anti-spam law, or to reverse engineer or copy the platform. ReapR is a tool for legitimate sales outreach. Use it like the professional you are.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Beta pricing is offered at $49.99/month with the option to renew at launch pricing. All fees are in USD. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment details. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account, and nobody wants that kind of reaping.
All content, design, software, and methodology within ReapR (including the proprietary buying committee mapping system) is owned by Reapr IO LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property law, including a pending provisional patent. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
ReapR integrates with third-party APIs and services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of those services. Your use of integrated services is subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." ReapR makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of lead data, the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, or uninterrupted service availability. We're building something real here, and we're still building it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reapr IO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by emailing sara.kay@reapr.io. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona, or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

At ReapR, we take your privacy seriously, almost as seriously as we take your pipeline. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account registration details (name, email, password), payment information processed through secure third-party processors, and any profile information you voluntarily add.
Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration. Device and browser information. IP address and general location data.
ReapR surfaces lead and contact intelligence from third-party data providers including Apollo.io. This data relates to business professionals and companies and is used solely to power the sales intelligence features of the platform.
To operate and improve the ReapR platform. To authenticate your account and maintain security. To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support. To comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (such as Supabase for database hosting and Apollo.io for lead enrichment), and only to the extent required. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of ReapR or its users.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting sara.kay@reapr.io. We will respond within 30 days.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sara.kay@reapr.io.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level database security, and secure authentication through Supabase. No system is perfectly impenetrable, but ours is built with care.
ReapR is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.

We want every ReapR subscriber to feel confident in their investment. Here is exactly how refunds work, no mystery, no fine print hiding in the shadows.
Beta subscribers at $49.99/month may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial payment by emailing sara.kay@reapr.io with their account email and reason for the request. Refunds after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are issued at the discretion of Reapr IO LLC.
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in the current billing period. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Annual subscribers may request a prorated refund for unused months within the first 30 days of the annual term. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent auto-renewal.
One-time integration fees are non-refundable once the integration setup process has been initiated. If setup has not yet begun, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment.
If ReapR experiences a significant service outage or material failure to deliver the core features of the platform for more than 72 consecutive hours, affected subscribers will receive a prorated credit toward their next billing cycle.
Email sara.kay@reapr.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
